1.⁠ ⁠Introduction

Welcome to Glow and Go Salon. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with these terms. Should the below terms not be acceptable to you, it remains your responsibility to not continue with the use of the website and/or the services and products provided through our website.

 2.⁠ ⁠Services Offered

2.1 Glow and Go provides a range of beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to hair styling, facials, manicures, and spa treatments. Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2.2 You are further advised that any product or service advertised on our website may be subject to pricing changes at any time without prior notice and it remains your responsibility to verify the advertised price with the Salon prior to making any booking or purchasing nay product.

 3.⁠ ⁠Bookings and Appointments

3.1 Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.

3.2 A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

3.3 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

3.3.1 The cancellation penalty will be 30% of the service booked if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given subject to 3.3.2 and will be payable immediately.

3.3.2 Should you cancel the service less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment a penalty fee of 75% of the service fee will apply and will be payable immediately subject to paragraph 3.3.3.

3.3.3 Should you not cancel the agreement and simply not attend your appointment a penalty/cancellation/no show fee of 100% of the booked service fee will apply and will be payable immediately.

3.4 Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Prices for services and products are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, and EFT.

4.3 No refunds are provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please speak to our management for a resolution.

5. Gift Cards and Promotions

5.1 Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.2 Promotions and discounts may have specific terms and conditions.

5.3 Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before treatments.

6.2 Certain services may have age restrictions (e.g., parental consent required for minors).

6.3 Glow and Go is not responsible any loss or damage suffered by any of its clients irrespective of how such a loss occurs.

6.4 Glow and Go will not be responsible for any personal belongings of a client and it remains the clients responsibility to safeguard their belongings irrespective if it is left anywhere on the premises.

7. Privacy Policy and PoPIA Compliance

7.1 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA) of South Africa.

7.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for purposes including appointment scheduling, customer service, and marketing unless you have informed us that you do not wish to receive any marketing related information from Glow and Go.

7.3 We will take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

7.4 Your data will not be shared with third parties without your permission, except where required by law.

8. Liability Disclaimer

8.1 Glow and Go is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or adverse effects resulting from our services if clients fail to disclose relevant medical information.

8.2 We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to failure to follow aftercare instructions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11.⁠ ⁠Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, subject to any additional terms and conditions that may find application in relation to promotions or gift cards, which will be regarded as binding and in addition to these terms and conditions and will not substitute these terms and conditions.
